We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from High Velocity AC Zone. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Engineering services:

Our engineering services are complementary to customers purchasing equipment.

If we provide engineering services, and you do not acquire the product through our place of business. Our rates are 165$/hour and you will be subject to pay the bill via our policy page.

Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The refund period begins from the date of purchase and lasts for 30-45 days, depending on the specific product.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate the refund process. Refunds and returns
  2. Pack the item securely, including any accessories, documentation, and original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exceptions:

  • Some items are non-refundable, such as gift cards or downloadable software products.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for a refund.

 


No Returns Unless Defective Policy:

At High Velocity AC Zone, we take pride in the quality of our products. We strive to ensure that every item we sell meets the highest standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product is defective.

Defective Product Policy:

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately to report the issue.
  • We may require you to provide evidence of the defect, such as photographs or videos, to facilitate the resolution process.
  • Upon verification of the defect, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  • Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement product or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Defective Product Policy:

  • We do not accept returns for non-defective products.
  • Please ensure that you carefully review the product specifications and descriptions before making a purchase.
